There seems to be some confusion on active shoulder and if we use “Internal rotation” or “external rotation”, here is Coach Burgener explaining it.

Strength:
Every minute on the minute for 12 minutes:
2 Snatches @ 80% 1 rep max

Workout:
As many rounds & reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 Snatch 115/75#
10 Toes-to-bar
15 Wall Ball 20/15#

And by the way, that’s a *great* video Vinny linked above, once you learn that, overhead squats get a lot easier.
