An update from the Calandra household: mama Kat and little Lyla are doing great! Kat is a bit sore but she’s a trooper. We can’t wait to introduce our extended MCCF family to our little lady. See ya guys soon!

Is it ODD that all CrossFitters all ways squeeze in a benchmark name when a child is born? Lyla “GRACE” Calandra.

I think we might need to have a mandatory grammar WOD! Vinny, “all ways” and “always”, two different things. Shawn, same with “two” and “too”. And, Joe…. “:p”, I don’t know what that is supposed to mean. I stopped at a colon with closed parenthesis equaling a smiley face, I think I may have gone too far with the emoticons just learning that!
(I’m not saying that I’m above the grammar training myself, my use of commas is appalling at best)
OH YEAH, Congratulations on the baby guys! I hope you are enjoying your time away from work with your family Ben and I wish you both as much sleep as you can get!
