They both have it right Ashley. You have the one thing that can’t be taught…..the mindset. Your hard work and discipline will bring the rest to you over time. Better OHS than most adults I watch.

Yeah, she’s pretty awesome, a chip off the old block. Well except that she’ll be faster and stronger and generally have better fitness than I do or did. If you look close enough you can see Dylon’s envy of her perfect OHS form, LOL.
