I did back squats…325×3 for a PR. ‘Isabel’ 29 or 30 or 31 reps in 5:02 Rx’d.

Officially started my 5-3-1 now that I have all my Max’s in.
Isabel: 5:09 @ 115lbs
Not sure if this qualifies as a pr since I haven’t done 115 before and my time is slower is than my last attempt @ 95lbs, but surprised myself with the weight and the time. Thanks Vinny for the coaching.

I pr’d my front squat at 170#
as for Isabel, pr’d 1.5min, 4:13 or so at 75#.

One of my favorites! Randy, Grace and Isabel all top my list of fun. 2:19 rx’d and yes JD I counted correctly and did all 30 reps this time.
