Pat- after my fb explosion about McD’s, I was forwarded the coupon this morning. LOL!
As for today’s WOD, I didn’t get the luxury to participate. However, I am curious about the comment “Vinnie’s nightmare”…Does Vinnie actually have a WOD he dislikes????

Yah – when I walked in Vinny gave me the look that I probably hadn’t seen in 3 years. He said the workout made him his biznitch.
