Yesterday was the Battle of the Boxes at CrossFit Transformation. Congratulations to all of the competitors and special thanks to everybody else that came out to cheer us on! Also, kudos to CFT for putting on a very fun event and thanks to all the judges and volunteers as well. Good times!
