When are the instructors going to start offering this class after or before oly lifting class or is this for bench mark Sat.

I’m afraid JD is going to find the female equivalent to this. Those guys have nice abs so they’re doing something right.

Who said they were doing anything wrong? How do you get a PR is what I want to know…AMTAP in 10 minutes? As many tugs as possible?? probably too easy to cheat on ROM if you ask me…

I’m ashamed for two reasons. 1- I thought this was real for the first 25 seconds. 2- I watched the whole thing.

How would you scale that?
