4 rds + 8 ring dips Rxd.
My legs turned to jello and my shoulders just kept burning. Good stuff as rings dips and snatch aren’t my strengths.

4 Rds + 2 snatches. Ring dips were scaled. The high rep snatch workouts are killer, but fun.

6 rds + 2 snatches rx’d. Those snatches started to feel a whole lot heavier than 95#! Fun WOD! Movements we don’t normally see in a met con. And nice work boys.
