This was my second time doing GI Jane and the first time Rx’d. It was a fun WOD.

Only got four rounds in bc I did something to my shoulder during the WOD, actually brought tears to my eyes so I quit 🙁 it seems to be ok now though so I don’t know what the heck it was?!?
I did get 130# up on my press so that made me happy. It was a huge it pr for me.

First time doing burpee pullups, let alone 100 of them. 20:14 Rx. No rips!

CrossFit is so CrAzY! ….and I love it. My first burpee pull-ups…Rx’d….lovely rips.
