Shout out to Joe Fulsher who got his 1st muscle-up this morning.

The T-Shirts order should be in any day, printed up a couple samples of a performance enhanced T-Shirt. They run a bit big, try them on and put your name on the list with size and color and I will order another set. They are $25 a piece.

OK you have asked for “Hoodies” so we have a sample in of a thick gray hoodie, you can add your name to the front at no extra cost if you like, If we place an order of 10 or more we can get them for $65. I will leave the only sample at the gym for you to look at.

    Nicole – ran 6 400m & did 5 rnds of pulls ups 14-16-14-14-11.
    Lack of strategy hurt my last round of pullups. Know for next time.

    15,15,16,15,15,15 + 400 run. I realize that I should have held on to the pullup bar at the end rather than try to run another 400 with less than 2 minutes remaining. Next time ๐Ÿ™‚

    ran seven 400’s did 93 pull ups, if I ever wind up doing this workout again I feel like I would play it a little different. I think it is better to run one less 400 but work to eek out another couple PU’s on the bar.

    Also, what is the word on getting the t-shirts in gray? Nothing like a nice WHITE workout shirt……..
