Nice pics AM gals! Crossfitting definitely works for you two. Huge props to “the Karhoff” for taking this wod on using mens prescribed weight. That girl just keeps getting stronger and faster.

Nice Job on the man’s weight Keri!!! Keep up the good work!! Thanks and apologies to any members that did this WOD at 9:30am and my noises might have made some of u uncomfortable……I will keep in down….I was just embracing the suck!!!!

Thanks Ryan!!! Hey…….my man is working different hours starting pretty soon here…….I just may be able to pop in and do a WOD with the 5:30 or 6:30 class! That will be a first for me. Looking forward to it!
