4:17 rx’d pr! Very happy to hit a new pr. I finally feel like I’m getting somewhere with Fran. And nice work goes out to Hazmat who shaved almost 2 1/2 minutes off his old time!
This is my 2nd time with Fran, and both times were a trip. The energy in the box is just great!!

“Fran” days are awesome. My 1st ‘Fran’ was 11:38! 2nd was 10:00.
I’m quite positive that the only reason Dr. j showed up on a Monday night for a wod was cuz my old ass actually bested his Fran time! So I thought I could go to bed knowing I really accomplished something on this evening, then the text came through with his new Fran time……wahwahwah!!! Baby Mikko killed it again but those were a couple of cherished hours for me on the eve of Fran…nice work stud
