I got the freakin Fran cough too! And I was a minute slower at 6:03. Quite a short little gasser to say the least. I also need to bench more often to be able to take on Linda rx’d

I don’t know what my deal was today but I embarrassed myself with this WOD. Not only did I hit the wall after the second round but the wall fell on top of me. Looks like the over the bar burpee is my new least favorite thing in the world. 230# for 3 on bench was my silver lining yesterday.

Ben don’t be so hard on yourself, focus on your strengths. Set small goals to improve upon, reach those, then set new goals. I am proud of you! You burned out chest and tri’s during bench, those were pretty impressive #’s on the board. Joanna missed you yesterday morning. Thanks girl ~ just rocking the belly.
JD, thanks for hooking me up with the Momma burpees, loved em’

Thanks for the love guys. I guess finishing last is better than not finishing at all and it is also better than not even starting it.

Thanks Big John. I appreciate the support. I’ve always been my worst critic.
Ben, if it’s any consolation, I’m not entirely sure I could lift 230# off the rack in the bench, let alone get 3 full reps.
Oh, and on another note, just so you all know (if you hadn’t heard by now), Tony (our just-turned-5 year old) is out of the hospital as of this afternoon, appendix is out, and he’s doing good, playing with his legos right now.
So, sorry I wasn’t there Wednesday, thanks for understanding 🙂
And I’ll be there tomorrow morning for O-lifting and FreeFit Saturday.
