Bad day on the jerks for me…
155-175-195-205-215-225(miss)-225(miss) PR is 230 but I wasn’t there mentally. I’ll get it next time.
I thought the coverage was pretty darn good – I only watched the 1st three episodes though. I do wish they would stop calling them workouts on TV. They’re events!!!
