Sooooooo,….the morning classes only did one round of this WOD (apparently it was supposed to be 5)…….I’m not gonna lie…I wasn’t sad about it…..those jumps are no joke and SUCK!!! Don’t remember my time….something like 5 or 6 min..hahahaha
5 rounds minus the squats since everyone was still so jacked from the lunges earlier in the week. And it still took me 39+ minutes. Really liked this wod though. Maybe all that jumping will help me get my hips open on my cleans and snatches. I can hope.
46:03 Rx’d hahahaha!!! I’m not a good jumper…used an 18″ target though.

Went in Sunday night and did this, but only 3 rds as it was getting late.
19:51 3rds and yes those damn jumps were brutal.
I do not like the stick guy at all.
