This may have been the hardest WOD I’ve ever done! It was definitely the longest. 39:57 rx’d. Did Kari K. do this one rx’d? I think tomorrow may be a slow day at the box! R.I.P. Adam Brown

Yes, sir. Karhoff did this one Rx. We shared a bar strategically weighted so I could pull weight off.
175# deadlift/75# bench/85# cleans – 49:25. Oh, and I stepped up the box jumps.
No matter how you scaled this one it was tough.

That was a beast even at scaled weights (PFP would like it noted that we did go RX on the wall balls and power cleans… do steps ups count as RX for box jumps???)
I’m glad that today was a scheduled “rest day” for me (gotta love the meeting out in Northville!) I would have been pretty worthless today in the box.

I think this was the first wod I actually considered quitting and walking out the door…before the end of the 1st round!! I physically felt destroyed and scaled the deadlifts and presses and still felt nauceous 2 hours after I finished at 40:16 not rx’d. Not one of my finer moments of crossfit but glad I made it through. Pat, thanks for not laughing at me as you lapped me…..and started 3 min after me….dammit!

“F*ck this wall ball, I want to go home.” (What I was thinking during this horrendous WOD.) So sore today! Thanks for the comic relief during the WOD, Mondary… maybe you shouldn’t try to clean your DL bar.
