This was a fun WOD…205# is an odd weight for DL’s. It’s similar to last Friday’s WOD…I felt like I was dying…just in a different way.

My legs are smoked this morning! I had a tough time stepping up out of my car!
PFP, I slept well last night knowing that I beat you by 1 second.
Donna, you’re my hero for doing the WOD in both the 5:30 and 6:30 classes.

First wod – ran, did all box jumps, 19:45ish.
Second time – rowed, step ups on the box, 20:55ish.
I’m not sure if that means I’m consistent or that I didn’t try hard enough the first time.
I just wanted to wod with Stema cause she’s either at the morning class or on vacation lately.

Didnt sleep a wink last night. Layed awake trying to decide if I should sabotage Pat E in the WOD’s, get stronger, get faster, or just start attending the “kids crossfit classes”……hey Joanna, tell Dominick “game on!”
