Way to go HazMat on the ultimate sound system for the ultimate box. Great job my brother.
7:05 @ 165lbs. Warm up at 175lbs felt really heavy, but realized after finishing WOD I should have done it.
1 mile run: 9:18 with ~50lb tactical vest.

7:42 Rx’d That’s my kind of WOD. Big weight and the Burpees felt good too.
Thanks, Timmy, for the great sound system.

I am excited to hear the sound system! Now all we need is SOMEONE to create a heavy rock play list for the wods…

Had a lot of fun with this one. Think it will go down as one of my many favorites. My initial plan was five rounds 4 presses/8 burpees, but my last round needed to be broken up. I couldn’t believe how smoked I was in the end!
Finished 9:14 rx’d!

Yeah when it comes to WODing, Godsmack and Disturbed are my two best friends.
Shoulda done Gunny weight..but didn’t, not the weight that Gunny wanted but the weight that Gunny did. Gunny wanted more than what he did as well as what I did……………….had to be there. 6:11 @ 155#
Did 100# in very slow 13:41. I think I just like having everyone watch me finish my wods.
Thanks for the awesome stereo, Tim.
Nice work, Cat! And Kari & Stema for doing this Rx’d.
Can somebody bring in a cord thingy that hooks up to an Ipod. Not sure what the doohicky is called but I’d like to have the thingamajigger hooked up by the summer open.
