(alternately, you could have taken the eas(ier) route and did a 400m run… wah wah)
Workout:
7 rounds for time:
10 HSPU
10 DB Squat Clean 45/25
10 Strict pullups
Post times and any scaling to comments. This one was a smoker, especially in the late afternoon heat. The next few days promise to outdo today, so make sure you’re drinking plenty of water (preferably all day *before* you come to the gym).


40:21-The warm up was “great” but to quote Big John “Definitely not a big man warm up”, but soon as the skin comes back to my hands, I want a repeat! lol
I got 34:something. That was why I starte Crossfit….my butt was thoroughly kicked. I liked KTE but I love t2b much more. Great job everyone…the box was a steamy bitch this afternoon.
