Zuul, now you have two mid air pictures.
To Cat and John B who said they couldn’t do DU’s and the beginning of the week, very nice work!
Can’t wait to see what they have in store for us next week…….

So much positive energy today, and every day, at MCCF. It’s great to be surrounded by so many people with great attitudes that support and push their teammates to do their best. My only regret about joining MCCF in December is that I didn’t do it sooner!
Great job everyone!

Not on the workout topic, anyone interested in buying a 3 month old Kurig platinum Coffee Maker?
I bought it after Christmas at costco and it came with water filters and the cup that you can fill with your own grounds (as well as a variety of coffee k-cups). This was my introduction to coffee and I have found that I prefer using a melita cone to brew my coffee (i.e. I can make it considerable stronger).
If anyone is interested let me know, I looking to unload the brewer, all of the coffee K-cups (about 60), the filter, the fill your own k-cup, and this drawer thing that will hold and organize the k-cups. I also still have the original instruction manual.

First of all, everyone kicked some butt today. What a morning! Also, thanks for the compliments, but really…I should be thanking all of you.
I love what John said above because I feel like that every day. I would like to add somethiing though…. our trainers! Each one of you are so awesome in your own way. I had one hell of a week emotionally and each of you encouraged me and coached me, never once giving up. Thank you for helping me accomplish something I didn’t think I could do.

Well of course I’m working and miss one of the most awesomeest (is that word?) days at the box. Way to go Cat and John you guys rock. It was great to see so many people in the pics. I knew it wouldn’t be long before Zuul showed off her mad biking skills. Anyway looking forward to getting some tomorrow and no not with Mummy for all you sick minded folks.

Just for the record, I can do DUs…just extremely poorly. I have never done a WOD with them, so that was my big victory. Cat, on the other hand, is the one who never pulled one off before. Congrats, Cat!
