I barely finished 7 rounds. I didn’t want to go to the box today but am happy that I did! I feel much better.
Snatch- 85lbs.
So I signed up for the crossfit games today, do I have to do anything to link myself to the MCCF?
Could only get 115# up for my first attempt at finding my max 1 rep snatch weight. Got 7 rounds plus 4 HSPU (but I am still using 2 ab mats under my head).
You should be able to search for affiliates and join Motor City CrossFit…

I reached 95#…but it was a little out of the 10 minute mark, and it was ugly! But I’ll take it!!
