LISTEN UP THIS IS IMPORTANT- The 1st Battalion, 24th Marines out of Selfridge Air National Guard base in Mount Clemens, MI deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. 22 of these Marines did not return home and a memorial is in the works BUT they need your help. A committee/organization has been set up and is being ran by a good friend of mine and a true patriot Angelo Lema. They are trying to fund and build a proper memorial for these marines who paid the ultimate price for your freedom. On Jan 22nd they are having a beer tasting fundraiser at Champanes 6 pm and tickets are $20.00.
Motor City Crossfit will have an open gym Jan 22nd at 3PM for anybody attending the beer tasting fundraiser that would like to get a work out in. We will have several tickets for the event that will be awarded to the top PT score for the work out (TBD).
