I will be in the lobby of the Renaissance Center at 7:30am sharp on Thanksgiving Day for the start of the Turkey Trot. Meet me there if you want. If you want to meet at my house I’ll probably leave at around 6:30 to be safe. I’m a bit confused on where they want people to start but if we meet there it’s just a short walk to Woodward.
Also – we should probably take as few cars as possible to crash Nick’s tailgate party so that we don’t have to pay a bunch of $$ for parking. Nick is going to provide details in this post on where he will be parked.
Hey guys heres all the info for Thanksgiving.
Were getting there super early to set up and were hoping to be able to park in the covered parking in case it rains. We have a tent if were not able to get it so no worries about the rain. Were going to be parked behind shed 3 which is the main welcome center. (2600 Riopelle)
between Division & Adelaide and Russell & Riopelle. There is cheaper parking available at the parking garage just north of shed 3 (2700 Riopelle) between Alfred and Division and Russell and Riopelle. Its 10 bucks for parking there and not even a block away so thats probably going to be your best bet for parking.
We have lots of food and beer but if you want to bring something your more than welcome to.
