This Saturday – Fittest over 35

We’re meeting at the box at 9:30am…Here’s a video with some more info. Also – there will be NO kids class on Saturday.

I like the no chalk or no tape and only 1 pair of shoes rule. Also, spectators – no smoking or drinking. Maybe sneak in a flask or something. 😉

I’m gonna head next door where the Bar is hosting the “Fattest over 35″….the prize is a membership to the gym next door!
