For as cold as it was this morning (0930) it felt pretty good to run outside.
27:47 Rx’d
Damn HSPU’s killed me. I ended up having to do one attempt each time.

Omg, this WOD was stupid hard. Can’t do ring dips used the band with the blue strip and use and ab mat for 30 of the hspu’s then had to add a 10 lbs bumper for the rest…..otherwise I would still be there from the 930 class. My time was just under 29. Never looks bad on paper…lololol

33:05 and so far away from Rx’d that an observer would have been confused
ring dips with a band assist and two second hold on the bottom of each dip
push ups…..first set was 3, and from there on it was 2,2,2,2,….took forever
HSPU’s….forget it…..substituted a slow five count hand stand for each rep….
great workout…my traps, shoulders and tri’s are cooked

This one smoked my arms!!! Good thing I can Kip my HSPU- Great job to all who did this it was crazy hard- I like to call it the “Dick” WOD
Coastie put in a stellar performance. Dude literally had to do every HSPU as a single, and was fighting through it like a champ, it was inspiring to watch.

The HSPU’s took me over 20 minutes to complete. It was the second most frustrating CF experience of my life but I did finish, 35:41… I think. Way to kick ass Tom.

This one was good till the HSPU….I got 4 before I tried standing on my hands for a while then switched over to the box assisted….this one kicked my butt…good workout even though I rowed instead of ran—got the burn without the backpain….few of you busted my onions for not running and thats great….I love you guys for that….you guys are awesome!!
I don’t believe for a minute that Coastie has a weakness other than tan blondes with big boobs and no common sense!!

It was fun to work out w/ the 9:30am class! I love the “shout-outs” of motivation y’all do during the WOD!
I agree Tom – it felt pretty good running outside today.
Well, I’m glad that everyone (including myself) is on the same page when it came to HSPUs.
I was kicking bootie ’til the HSPU… at 29 I had to add an abmat cause I could no longer push myself up from the bottom. My arms and shoulders are smoked!
Coop… you’re a hot piece of meat in that picture! 🙂
Funniest thing I heard at the 9:30am class:
Annette: (while doing HSPUs) My eyes just popped out of my head from pushing.
Vinny: Well, pop them back in and continue…
later on in the WOD… Vinny comes over and asks Annette how her eyes are doing!!! LOL!

I think I over-scaled this. I used the blue band for ring dips and box-assisted HSPU. My time was 19:31 and my arms were toast…but I guess I wanted more pain!!
