Just one question: how many CrossFitters does it take to count out 120 lbs in plates? 🙂

Combine 8 years of college and you’d think that you could work together to figure out the weight of your barbells. Maybe they should start putting the exact # of the weight on the bumper…oh, wait.

LOL! JD… Cara and I were having a moment! We honestly thought no one was paying attention to us… The chalk got to our brains and we couldn’t add! 🙂
Ryanne… funny you ask that cause when I told the crossfit guys at work they were trying to figure that out too… it’s 1.22% my body weight. If I had did 143lbs – that would’ve been 1.25%… that’ll be my next goal.
If you’re trying to figure it out… I weigh 115lbs!

LOL Joanna… I just pictured Anet holding me by my bicep and thigh and yanking me off the ground – doing a flip mid-air by her breastesssts only to land safely in her arms in a below-parallel squat! 🙂
Let’s do this Anet!!
All I have to say is I beat Carey in the warm up!…. And I pr’d my squat cleans!
Terry – I came back in the evening and did the warm-up again… time was 6:15 in the am and 5:22 in the pm. So, yes, you beat one of my am time!
