As for me… I, too, ran a 5k. Jim had me do it on the treadmill at work w/ a 1.5 incline at a 6.8 pace. Well, my time was NOT so good… 28:46. I did, unfortunately, have to bring the incline down. I was not out of breath however my calves were killing me! Ugh!
Treadmills are so boring… there was no one else in the room and I had nothing to look at but the distance and the clock. It pretty much sucked. I KNOW I would have done better in a group setting. Oh well, it is what it is.

4 hours later… I was instructed to do FRAN. Matt and Jim gave me a different approach to take this B!$@# on and I did… knocked 32 seconds off my time to make it 5:00 even!! Whoop! Whoop!
Thanks Jim. Thanks Matt! You guys rock!

Coop, JD, and Carey nice job on the 5k…that’s a tough one to do on your own. Carey, also awesome job on Fran!
Front squats are one of my favorite. Ended with 105 and still had a little left so next time I’ll start heavier.
