Warm-up as RXd – 9:53
New PR w/ this WOD but my goal was 8 rounds…. didn’t quite make it. 7 rounds + 7.
Dammit Blammo!
Intensity is that thing that makes you pick up the bar even though you’re probably too tired and shouldn’t – and can’t cheat with your muscles forcing you to use more hip and in turn, being more aggressive.
It’s seeing the finish line and instead of coasting in, kicking it up a notch.
It’s worrying about getting beat at the OCCF games…sectionals, or whatever.
It’s….
Great picture Jen!
Nice score, Carey! I did this WOD this morning since I missed yesterday and got the exact same score as last time – 6 rounds +5. I’m pretty annoyed with myself that I couldn’t knock out another 2 reps to get to the next round!
This was a good one I should have had that 8th round but having to breath always gets in my way. This was the first time doing this WOD 9:53min and 7 rounds + 6. I hope to keep up the intensity all year. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
8 Rds + 4 rx’d
This is the first time I did this WOD and its been a long time since I did C&J’s. The last two minutes of this WOD are hell. Nice work everyone last night, especially Coop WODing through the thumb injury.
