Oddly enough John in the picture above running in 25 degree weather with no shirt on went to the same High School as Lt Michael Murphy “Murph” who the WOD is named after.

For our 1-year anniversary, MCCF gave me ‘Murph’ – very thoughtful guys!! 🙂
This WOD was brutal and I knew I was going to struggle but I was really looking forward to it (isn’t CrossFit sick?) My time is nothing to brag about (61:14) but a year ago I couldn’t do a single pull-up and could barely do knee pushups so I’ll take the progress!
Thanks for a great year everyone, I’m looking forward to many more!!

Awesome job, Cara… I didn’t know it was your year anniversary! Congrats! You have definitely come along way! It’s so much fun to work out w/ you!
John… you’re a nut for running half naked in this weather!
This is my 2nd time w/ “Murph” and I knocked 4 minutes off my time… 43:00!!

Guess I was correct, a body weight WOD to put me in my place. Thanks, only the hardest BW WOD there is, ha.

That is a 6 min PR. I last did Murph exactly two months ago. Thanks for the push last night everyone who worked out with me!

My first time with “Murph” 43:47. I felt pretty good until the last run it was much more difficult than anticipated. Good working out with you Hubie

Dave,
You aren’t human…I cant believe you didn’t break up any of your 20 rounds of ‘Cindy’!
