This WOD is dedicated to Ofc Mason Samborski who was killed in the line of duty Dec 28, 2008. He worked for Oak Park pd and leaves behind a wife and daughter.
Hello! Just wanted to say thank you for welcoming me at Motor City when I visited on the 23rd. I was hoping to make it back another time, but family/holiday stuff prevented that from happening. I’m sure I’ll be back though, next time I’m visiting the folks. Happy New Year!
Didn’t feel like even working out today, hadn’t ate since noon, etc, excuse, etc… Had to do the workout anyway, and had to do it all out in honor of Ofc Samborski, if it’s the only way I could honor his memory…
10:31 RX’d
OW is all I can say.

No disrespect to the fallen, but I really needed to work on my big lifts so I took the Back Squat option of 5-5-5-5-5.
165-175-195-225-235(3 reps).
