“Train as you fight” those of you who have ever donned a uniform have heard this a thousand times. It means you will react in real life the way you have trained, for us here in Michigan if something happens outside its probably going to be cold and snowy. Bring your hats and gloves because the WODs do not change because of inclimate weather.

Sorry I missed this one…..if for no other reason than I would have loved to watch JD run 800’s
Once again work interfered w/ me and crossfit so I did this WOD at work on a treadmill… lucky for me cause Jim said it was icy…
My times:
1 – 3:36
2 – 3:32
3 – 3:23
4 – 3:27
I really don’t know how Forest Gump did all that “runnang” (running)! 🙂
Did you move it outside to simulate the outdoor experience?
Well by the time I went last night the snow pretty much all gone, but it was starting to get icy.
WOD: I was right about 3:30-3:20 or so for all of my rounds. Curse my brain I can’t remember my times.
Everyone needs to see Tom’s bar muscle up. It’s the cleanest, most efficient MU I’ve seen.
Vinny… your “train as you fight” comment is so true!
I did the running last night and my first time was around 5:00 and then I got better every other time by about 15 to 20 seconds. My son ran with me the first two rounds…he is such a trooper!
Tom’s muscle up is pretty awesome…so is his dismount 🙂
