Muscle Up’s didn’t do it, Nasty Girls did it. This was a fun one for me as the last time I did this I was no where close to doing it RX’d. What a difference a couple of months make.
WOD: 14:20 RX’d
Had a couple of misses on the MU’s that jacked me up.
