Contrats to Amy who did a great job on a PR 3 Rep Max Deadlift in the 6AM class.
David was tired from doing 60 deadlifts in yesterday’s workout, so he decided to go “light” with “only” a 325# 3 Rep Deadlift.

I look evil….I was happy with my max rep at 113 lbs.
Thanks for the praise Jim…I think everyone did good for the 6am class, especially for a Monday morning 🙂

Still haven’t gotten my mojo back… I was rounding every single deadlift. They were pretty ugly. I even stayed at the same weight on some of the reps to see if I could fix my form. No luck…
Warm-up: 7:17 used 20# DBs.
WOD: 185-185-195-205-205

No more cruises for you Carey. Obviously some voodoo from the Caribbean has stuck with you. 🙂

I hear you Carey, no more vacations for me either! I struggled through these deadlifts, got stuck at 180 lbs and continued to round my back. As Jim put it, I was doing “stripper deadlifts”
Warm-up: 7:57
