Are you thinking about giving it a go? Are you on the fence? Do you want to get in shape first??? Maybe start running a bit before you dive in? It doesn’t work like that. The only way to get in shape for CrossFit is to start CrossFit. I started out at a very unhealthy 247.5 pounds. At 5′ 7″ I needed to do something about it and I needed to stick with it!
My first day at Motor City CrossFit I could NOT do a single pullup!!
I currently have a 5:03 Fran, 4:50 Grace and a 19+ round Cindy.
