In 60 seconds do as many squats as possible (up to 60 reps). In the next 60 seconds, do as many pullups as you need to do to get to a total of 60 reps. i.e. if you do 58 squats in the first minute, you must do 2 pullups in the next minute. Repeat for as long as possible. Go for a minimum of 12 minutes.
