Yes, I still have those same pants, shut it JD 🙂 Yes, it’s a cheesy video, yes I’m a dork… Yes that’s 3 people total that attended classes at the end of the day that day. Yes that’s my (old) garage, yes that’s where JD and Vinny started out (and I think Cara was there too just before we moved out).
BUT… they put this video on the affiliate page 😉 Heck, last I checked a copy of it was still hosted on the CrossFit site under media somewhere (yeah, still there, under “Exercises and Demos” search “Motor City” on that page…)
So, we’ve come a long way in a few years folks. We’ve met a ton of great friends, and plan on meeting many more. Let’s enjoy the journey.
