I’m not sure why…but in sharp contrast to DOMS…I believe this WOD gave me HSMS! (Hyper-Speed Muscle Soreness!)

I used 80lbs and it was a tough WOD. Also my first WOD with my new rx jump rope and the double unders kicked my ass. The pullups were like a walk in the park compared to the C & J and the DU’s. Great WOD!
I can’t believe Donna did 105lbs!!! Damn girl!

CORRECTION: I used 85lbs this time. In the past I’ve used 80. It was hard!
