Here is March’s Schedule and we have added some classes.
-We will now have a 12 noon class Monday thru Friday.
-Open gym Monday and Wednesday 0500-0600 am.
-Wednesday Kids class is moved to 7:30 pm.
-Saturday March 31st we are holding a 2 hour self defense class 1230-1430 hours.
-And reminder we still have Yoga Saturday morning thru the end of the month.
