Olympic Lifting:
Clean & Jerk “meet practice”
3 attempts at a max weight clean & jerk, same rules as in an O-lifting meet (bar can only get heavier, 2 minutes max between each lifter, etc)

In 15 minutes complete the following:
30 KB Swings (pick your own weight)
Travel 800m with your kettlebell
In the remaining time, perform as many thrusters as possible (pick your own weight)
