Matt, our head trainer (who is also the one writing this) did a fun WOD today, check it out.
5 rounds for time:
3 Clean – 155 lbs
5 Strict pullups
7 Dips
9 Bodyweight Back Squat
This is one of those “you can do more than you think you can” WOD’s. I didn’t think I could do the cleans straight through each time, but actually did quite well. Surrisingly, the bodyweight back squat after the 2nd round or so I had to break them up by at least standing for a few seconds. And squats are my specialty… Oh well, it was a good workout.
