Death by pull-up
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Great warm up today….if you call the first WOD a warm up….lol….
D by PUs…..12 rounds +7……..could have gone a bit more, probably finished 13, but when both hands tore 20 seconds into the round on the 7th rep, I figured it was about time to call it a day.
As for the bike pics, it was some sort of foretelling in that Ryan got the overachiever new guy award today with 16 rounds +16.

Rough day for me – warm-up was somewhere around 7 min. Death by pull-ups: 10 + 6 (stopped in time to save my hands from tearing)

There was some serious miscommunication about the WarmUp. J.D. Initially wanted to do 30 squats every 30 sec. Whoa that would have sucked. Glad he made it only 10, that was bad enough.
I didn’t stop in time before my hands ripped. Notice plural of hands. Yep both of them, not small either. Tied my last D B P/U.
