I didn’t take all that stuff but I did take melatonin, tylenol PM, occasional ambien for sleep, some other perscription for nervous ‘gut’ along with zantac or prilosec every day to go along with my Tums/rolaid snacks I ate thoughout the day.
That shirt was made at good ole Palmer College when I was stompin the grounds of campus. An oldie but goodie! Health comes from within! It’s amazing that we never even think about how important our nervous systems are at adapting our bodies to the demands of CrossFit. Heart rate, respiratory rate, recovery times, joint stability, muscle contraction. And the nervous system does it all and a whole lot more without us ever blinking an eye. Just amazing! Get your nervous systems checked!!!! Health now comes without a prescription!
