Motor City CrossFit Affiliate Team – Regionals.
Hi Guys!
Carey qualified for the regionals and will be competing May 8th and 9th (in Logan, OH) for the right to go to Aromas, CA. in July for the CrossFit Games. There is another competition that weekend if anybody is interested. Affiliates from all over the region will assemble teams and will also be competing against each other for regional bragging rights! We (MCCF) would like to put together a team to compete as well. We need a team of 6 athletes with a minimum of 2 women. A few months back I put this out there and had a few responses. Consider this the ‘official’ invitation. Please send an email to my Motor City CrossFit email which is motorcitycrossfitjd@gmail.com if you are interested. If you’re unsure or pull me aside @ the gym or give me a call. There are no requirements to be on the team, but if we have a large number of responses we’ll probably have a mini competition at the gym.
*If you competed in the sectionals – you have ‘dibs’.

I am in! Would like to be in better shape but watching the sectionals only fueled my desire to compete! Plus this will give me something to work harder for and not let any of my teammates down.
Well…as long as Fats, Femmes and Hairys are accepted…I’m in as well….
