20 pull-ups
30 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
5 rounds, each for time
Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds.

    I could not make it yesterday, damn job. But I did run a 5 K!

    I was googling last night and ran accross this Motor City Jim & Jake video on youtube, I’m not sure who did it but it’s some funny shit.

    Barbara kicked my ass and I loved every second of it! I don’t remember all of my splits but I finished at 39:00 Rx’d.
