I will post a couple more pictures in the Photo gallery but the Venue was horrible for taking pictures (and I had the Camera set up wrong). The spectator area was to far away to get good pictures, out of 300 pictures taken about 15 are worth posting.
Nice Job Carey and Coastie who did a great job at the CF WODs. Nice Job becky who took first place in her weight group for Kettlebell snatches (ask her about it, I dont know all the specifics but I think she is nationally ranked now). And to the rest of the crew and supporters nice job, it was fun.

The 4th WOD was clutch… C&J’s and pull-ups are my thing… I had to push through the damn box jumps and the sled pull at the end was brutal…
Thanks guys/gals… it was quite the experience! I’m proud of myself coming from behind (34th place after the 1st WOD) to solidifying a spot in the top 20… 18th place!!
Stellar performance to all that competed from MCCF. And congrats to Becky for winning a medal! MCCF is such a great extended family.
