    Hmmm, the site says pull-ups but we did push-ups at the 6am class (no compliant here, my hands appreciate it) Anyway, my time was 11:09

    I liked todays WOD- Happy to do Pull-Ups because my arms are shot- if that makes any sense.

    Wow my legs and arms are smoked this morning!! The pull up’s killed me for some reason. My time was 17:06? As always much harded that is sounded :)

    Ugh! Could not get my body to cooperate… did some ugly kipping pull-ups for the first and last round and used the band for the other 4. Time 14:40
