“54″
Take a deck of playing cards and flip a card for the movement and rep.
Diamonds= KB swings
Heart=Squats
Clubs=Hanging Knees to elbows
Spades=Push ups
Aces=400 meter run
Jokers=15 Burpees
Jacks/Queens/Kings=10reps
The next card is flipped as soon as the last person finishes the reps. The faster you get done the more rest time you get.

    This was a fun one. Good to see Jake and also a few people I never met before…I am terrible with names so please forgive me but it was good to meet you nonetheless. I wasnt my Birthday WOD….what are the stipulations with that again???….do you have to be ON your birthday???…if not i got one comin!
