Today I was introduced to the paczki (pronounced punch key) basically a polish super-doughnut… I love rest days.

Let me correct myself- I did not do 20 inch box jumps nor did I jump them- so I dont think I did it rxd.

WOW… major props to the 9:30am class – your times ARE way better then everyone else’s! What gives? Y’all drinking and eating something the rest of us should know about? Do tell cause I could use anything to make wall-balls and box jumps easier!
My time: 39:35 – that 10′ target is a pain… I literally have to jump every time to get that damn ball to touch the target!
