With the new year fast approaching. Many people have the best intentions with their ‘new years resolutions’ to make a significant change in their life.

I think this is great and if you make a commitment and stick to it – AWESOME!

If not, keep trying, but don’t wait until next year.

One of the reasons people don’t start lifting weights/working out is that they don’t want to get ‘big bulky muscles’. I’ve heard this many times from both men AND women. It’s a valid concern and I would like to reach out to you.

I’m making this promise only to the women because, well, fellas? If you get bigger icky bumpy muscles you can deal with it on your own.

Women,

If you join MCCF and commit to it for 1 FULL YEAR. And at the end of that year feel that your muscles are ‘too big’ we will refund your “ENTIRE YEARS WORTH OF PAYMENTS”

I will also throw in some tips on how to get rid of that disgusting muscle like bad diet tips and some marathon training.

It’s official…’I don’t want to get all big and bulky’ is no longer an excuse!!

See you soon!

JD

P.S. – Matt here, I had to add this in to the end of JD’s post to give a graphical representation of what he’s talking about (hope he doesn’t mind). On the left you have a woman’s marathon runner’s muscles. On the right you have a woman’s weightlifter. This woman lifted nearly 200 lbs over her head in Beijing (198 lbs to be exact). And look at those big, icky muscles. If you aren’t afraid to look like the gal on the right, stop on by.

Oh, and since the above picture is kinda small, here’s the original, click on it to open:

And on a final note, guys, you DO get lean looking muscles when you do Crossfit type workouts, but pretty much end up looking the same as the ladies do if you’re a marathon runner (you decide if it’s attractive or not, see below). We’re built different, ladies don’t build those muscles like men unless they’re “using” something they shouldn’t be if you catch my drift.
