Start with a deck of playing cards including the jokers. Draw a card and the number represents the reps.
10/J/Q/K= 10 reps
Diamonds= Kettlebell swings
Clubs= Hanging knees to elbows
Hearts=Air Squats
Spades=Push Ups
Aces=400 meter run
Jokers=15 Burpees
